Over 200 thousand women in the United States alone have the name Shannon; quite simply averaging out to too many Shannon’s in a square mile radius. Therefore, I chose to represent myself as MM to epitomize the distinguishing fact that I have two middle names…Kind of.
Whitehead Music crafts the intricate nuances in sound as well as live performance. The illustration style represents the energy and challenges this artist is facing daily. A stormy disposition is felt through the photography- colors juxtapose the love and hate for this mentality.

Haven Expedition has one goal; preserve the National Park Service. Our annual Expedition protects America's best idea, so future generations have the opportunity to create memories. Three various Adventures take place at each Park on our cross-nation tour, exposing regular and new visitors alike to all the parks have to offer. Haven Expedition is dedicated to making memories by preserving possibility, one Expedition at a time.
With each park having its own climate, resources and activities, they demand a voice of their own. The solution was to create a variable identity that lent itself to being as versatile and unique ad the parks they represent. Therefore, I designed a logo that uses orientation and color to represent the main characteristics each park has to offer.
"Stay Classy" was the first illustration I tried my hand at. It was made for a team of spectacular individuals in St. Louis that I worked with. I took that illustration style back to Wisconsin with me and told some life stories through illustration.
