The frame is available in two types: welded and assembled.
* Welded Type: Generally used for small and medium specifications. It features large-radius transition fillets and low-stress zone welding, ensuring high impact resistance, uniform stress distribution, and a low failure rate.
* Assembled Type: Generally used for large-scale units. It utilizes advanced modular and full-unit assembly design, making it ideal for narrow or difficult-to-access locations such as underground mines, high-altitude operations, and regions with extreme low temperatures.

The “V”-shaped symmetrical crushing cavity features a deep chamber, small nip angle, and long stroke. This design maximizes throughput while minimizing energy consumption.
